OpenGate provides a unified API platform that enables businesses to integrate places search, events discovery, travel booking, shipping, and other real-world services through a single API interface.

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
  • Use the Services to build a competing product

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if you exceed these limits.

6. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Fees are billed in accordance with your subscription plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party providers (Amadeus, Yelp, Ticketmaster, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENGATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
